What can our application do? And how does it help you find new clients? This is exactly what our series "Intedat under the magnifying glass" is about.
Last time we talked about one of Intedat’s most popular features – mirror selection.
This time we will explain to you what the so-called credits are for.
Credits are part of both our solutions , ie Intedat Connect and Intedat Business . But each time you “buy” something different with them.
Intedat Connect (access to company database)
- For individual credits, you can download data about selected companies from our application to Excel and continue working with them.
- The application remembers which data you have already exported – so even if you want to download data about specific companies more than once, you will only be charged once.
- If you don’t have enough credits for your request, the application will alert you and allow you to easily buy more credits.
Intedat Business (approaching potential clients)
- Each activity of our operators (calling, sending an e-mail…) “costs” a certain number of credits.
- You will receive a predetermined number of credits as part of your tariff, you can buy more at any time.
- In the application, you have a constant overview of how many credits have already been used up within individual activities and how many you still have left.
