Consent to the processing of personal data
1. You hereby give your consent to the website operator (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) to
No.101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”)
processed this personal data:
- name and surname,
- the name of the company,
- e-mail,
- phone number.
2. Your name, surname, company name, telephone number and e-mail must be processed in order for
to process your enquiry or request. These data will be processed by the Controller for a period of
the likely duration of your interest (maximum 5 years) or for the duration of the cooperation.
3. You give your express consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time,
for example by sending an e-mail to

or a letter to the contact details
of the website operator.
4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller.
5. Please note that according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (called GDPR) and the law
on data protection, you have the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request us to delete this personal data,
- in case of doubt about compliance with processing obligations
