- Taking care of new and existing customers and building long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to establish and grow long-term client relationships.

- Familiarity with modern technologies, ideally automation, AI, and cloud solutions.
- Conversational English or German.

- Developing one product you take ownership of and polish to perfection.
- Building features across the Front-End and Back-End.
- Working with language models and AI directly in the application.
- Quickly validating and iterating on business ideas.
- Experience with fullstack development in Node.js and Vue.js and the ability to write TypeScript.
- Familiarity with our stack: Front-End in Nuxt and Vue.js, Back-End in TypeScript on Adonis.js with MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- A responsible attitude to your own work and awareness of its importance.
- Following new trends and looking for ways to make your own work more effective.
- The desire to work long-term on a single product.
- Fully remote, whether you are in Prague, Brno, or spending the winter in Bali.
