In the previous post, we talked about emailing – specifically, how you can effectively use Intedat to obtain consent to send business communications.
In today’s post, we will follow up a bit thematically.
Some of our clients successfully use Intedat to update contact data from their CRM systems .
A typical collaboration looks like this:
- The client provides us with a list of companies stored in its database.
- We will check with individual companies whether they are active and update their contact information. (If the database has not been updated for e.g. several years, there are quite a few necessary modifications.)
- We will send the database with verified and modified data back to the client so that he can update his CRM system.
Current customer data is the basis for effective e-mailing , personalization of marketing campaigns and improvement of customer service .
